Michael Cockcroft came into technology with no IT background. He was given an opportunity he didn't yet have the skills for, and made the most of it. More than two years later: deep platform expertise and enterprise clients across South Africa.
Along the way, a conviction that wouldn't leave him alone — if a system can make a business run better, it should be possible to build it. For anyone. Not only for the companies large enough to be worth an enterprise vendor's attention.
So we build those systems ourselves — and then we run them.
Our first product, PetCare, runs the daily operations of a Pretoria pet-care agency coordinating more than forty sitters. Work that used to arrive as fifty to eighty WhatsApp messages a day now lives in one system.
